I love the Twitter ID form. I have to add that to my blog.

I've never heard of high rise, but it sounds like a cool tool. I use Google calender and google email to keep track of all my contacts. I love that it's all online.

JibberJobber seems to be a great solution and an obvious labor of love. I chose to recommend Highrise only because it's a tool I'm familiar with.

Thanks for the link to my unruly spreadsheet... I designed JibberJobber.com to do exactly what you are talking about. I think we launched about a year before Highrise launched, if I remember correctly.
