I do have a distantly similar musing about the PMO: the &lt;a href="http://www.pmhut.com/pmo-poem" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.pmhut.com/pmo-poem"&gt;PMO Poem&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;About #6: "Discourage and eliminate contact with and between project managers."
